Digene Corporation Washington DC (1997 to 1999) ,Germany (1999 to 2004), Australia (2004 to 2006) – Officer and Vice President of Digene Corporation – NASDAQ listed Women’s health company with a $65 million market cap in 1998, in 2007 it sold for $1.6 Billion USD. Built revenues from $6 million to over $200 million during this period.
ImpediMed Limited - based from Australia (2004 to 2009)  - CEO and Managing Director of ImpediMed – Publically listed on the ASX in October 2007, presently trading at a premium to its listing price in spite of market conditions.  Company looking to commercialise a unique Australian medical device in the US, Europe and Japan. Primary focus is the US market.
